Preparing for the Beatification

Here is a series of paintings of our soon to be Blessed John Paul II. His beatification will take place in Rome on May 1st, the Feast of the Divine Mercy, of which John Paul II was a strong promoter. These paintings were an exhibit in San Ruffino's in Assisi. I included the title of each painting in the caption. My favorites are Prayer, Mercy, Meditation, and God's Support. Pray for us, Papa!
